The 27th Annual Upstate New York Immunology Conference will be held Monday, Oct. 27 through Thursday, Oct. 30, 2025, at the Lake Ontario Event and Conference Center in Oswego, New York.

The Upstate New York Immunology Conference (NYIC) started in 1997 as a small retreat to facilitate interactions among young scientists, institutions, and renowned experts in the field of Immunology.

The ongoing goal of this meeting is to provide an opportunity for young and senior scientists to gather in a setting that is diverse enough to meet the needs of all attendees yet remain small enough to allow for personal interactions. While always challenging, it is the goal of the NYIC Scientific Advisory Board and NYIC Conference Organizers to give graduate students and postdoctoral fellows the opportunity to present their research and engage in conversations that will stimulate further discussions, collaborations, and interest in pursuing a new or different way of looking at their research.

All registration fees are per person and include three nights lodging (there is no discount for late arrivals or early departures), welcome reception, all group meals, beverage breaks (excluding alcohol), events, and conference materials. Please check your invoice received via email following your registration to confirm your registration fee before paying.

Listed institutions are partners of the conference listed under “Institutional Sponsors” and provide financial support to subsidize trainee attendee fees.

Undergraduate/Graduate Students: All Undergraduate/Graduate Students are required to share a room. If you prefer a single accommodation your registration fee is an additional $400.

Cancellation

By submitting your payment, you acknowledge that cancellation requests made after August 18^th, 2025, will result in forfeiting any fees paid. Cancellation requests made prior to this date will be given a full refund of registration fees to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

Albany Medical College reserves the right to cancel or postpone this program if necessary; in the event of cancellation, course fees will be fully refunded. We are not responsible for other costs incurred such as non-refundable airline tickets or hotel penalties.

The Lake Ontario Event and Conference Center is a versatile and modern venue overlooking the Oswego Harbor and Lake Ontario waterway in historic Oswego, New York.
