Overview
Burnout and loss of professional fulfillment are pervasive problems for physicians, especially following the wake of the global pandemic.  Both mindfulness and community building have been utilized as solutions to mitigate burnout in the workplace.  This course delivers a mindfulness-based professional development curriculum to leverage these essentials.

Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

  1. Demonstrate the components of a daily personal mindfulness practice
  2. Describe ways in which mindfulness can benefit the workplace environment
  3. List ways in which mindfulness practice is personally beneficial
