In this presentation, we will delve into the distinct barriers to surgical care faced by the Latinx community, shedding light on health disparities unique to this group. Our goal is to highlight the multifaceted challenges in achieving equitable healthcare for Latinx individuals, addressing factors such as socioeconomic disparities, the underrepresentation of Latinx physicians, cultural humility, immigration status, and language barriers.
