2026 Online Video Course Comprehensive Meditation and Easy Gentle Yoga - American Meditation Institute's Training in Holistic Mind/Body Medicine

The American Meditation Institute's Foundation Course is a complete self-care program, taught by AMI Founder and Director, Leonard Perlmutter. The AMI Foundation Course curriculum is presented in a 5 1/2 hour online meditation course containing 40 lecture segments and 5 1/2 hours of reading materials that teach the essential principles and tools of Yoga Science to help students immediately reduce stress, relieve burnout and maintain short-term and long-term health and well-being. By employing these ancient tools of Yoga Science, students can achieve a healthier and more rewarding balance in their personal and professional lives. The AMI Foundation Course is not simply about limiting or eliminating stressors. It is also about enhancing physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health and well-being.
