At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

  1. Explain approaches to keeping people with HIV healthy on treatment.
  2. Relate gaps and pitfalls with current prevention options.
  3. Describe the options for use of Doxy-PEP as an STI prevention strategy.
  4. Understand the new HCV treatment guidelines for 2025.
  5. Apply presented strategies for treatment to case presentations.
  6. Identify the unique challenges in addressing public health issues in incarcerated populations.
